Widecombe
Client: Widecombe – Coyde Construction
8 new social rent homes at Brook Lane, Widecombe-in-the-Moor.
The homes are in an amazing setting in Dartmoor National Park and will provide much needed affordable housing to local people. The properties are a mix of one-bedroom maisonette flats, and two-two-bedroom and four-three-bedroom houses.
Halwill Junction – Okehampton
Client: Devonshire Homes
32 new homes near Okehampton. Located at Chilla Road, Chilla Junction will offer a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes which will include apartments, bungalows and houses
Nare Hotel – Truro
Client:We Are Ease/Nare Hotel
Extension to the existing hotel. Due to the project’s remote sea-side location one of our first main activities we completed was the bulk excavation required to the building footprint, excavating and removing from site 3500m3 of earth and rock.
Further-more we are carrying out the re-modelling of existing car parking areas and creating an additional newly constructed car park to comfortable accommodate additional guests.
Lymington Coach Station – Torquay
Client: Classic Builders
The project will provide five new business units, a new international coach bay, a shelter for waiting passengers, travel information, a new and improved disabled toilet and enhanced lighting throughout the car park.
